Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system and are always charged to the customer. However, they may undergo variations depending on the area or volumetric weight calculation

  • Where is the order shipping from?
The order is processed and shipped from Italy.
  • How fast is the delivery?

The order is prepared in logistics regularly within 24-72 working hours from receipt of payment and delivered according to the shipping standards of our carriers, depending on the delivery areas that may take from 5 days to 10 working days. Once the processing of the order is confirmed in logistics, it will no longer be possible to make changes or cancel the order. For unforeseen reasons not dependent on our will, the order may be subject to further delays in the preparation process that the supplier will promptly notify the customer.

Thus, all of the products featured in our portfolio come with the assurance of authenticity. All items are genuine branded goods that come with original tags and boxes.

We offer a 5 -day return policy from the day the package is delivered. Returns that are shipped back after the 5-day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address. 
For defects and wrong shipped items, the customer must contact Voudra Moda within 3 days. Such emails should include the date of purchase and photographic evidence. In any such cases, Voudra Moda will provide a return label to you to have the defective/wrong item is shipped back to us. 

The cost of return shipment will be paid by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL or FedEx. Due to long delivery time we do not accept any local Postal Service.

Any returns that are due with customs charges will be covered by the buyer either by invoice or will be deducted from the original cost.  All returns must be in the perfect original condition as the original shipment, along with any original attachments such as tags, box, or dustbag. We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent. For declined returns, the order will be shipped to the buyer and any additional shipping charges will be invoiced. We don't accept return for a change of mind or wrong order of sizes.
